     Welcome to my weight loss blog. My name is George Vick. I’m a 29 year old husband and father of two residing just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. I have struggled with my weight since moving to St. Louis from Southern California in 1992. I had trouble making friends and food filled that void for me. This is my quest to finally lose the weight and get into shape.

  1. Hi, nice article. I wouldn’t slash your calorie uptake all the way down to 1300. That’s for masses that are seriously heavy, and is a really low total. Such low calorie intake will credibly make you feel sluggish and you won’t be up to workouts. 1500 calories a day should be fine, and if you’ll be practicing with Pilate’s and leading, then 1500 is a good number. Just make a point to bundle in the vegetables and fruit, drink much of water, and eat breakfast. Also, stick to chicken and fish instead of red meat and set your dairy intake, as dairy is high in fat. If you are really solid about turning a loss weight. You should have a search dieting right path. It will work for you if you do it right. I lost 17 pounds in 6 workweeks with this means.
