Back to work @ KOR…

This is my 2nd session with Zac. He really put it to me in this session as you’ll see.  This was the best workout I’ve had since high school football practice. This will pay off. I know it.

Here’s a breakdown of the exercises.

-3 sets

10 Prone Cobra on ball

10 Air Squats

50 Jump Rope

-3 Sets

10 TRX

5 Dips off bench

5 Jump Squats

5 Pushups

-2 sets

6 Bridge

10 Russian Twist lower

10 Rev. Hyper extension

10 Russian Twist upper

10 Static pushup w/knee raise
